For this study, we are looking for women who are breast cancer survivors and are postmenopausal.

Participants must not be undergoing any other treatment such chemotherapy or radiation therapy in the duration of the study.

​

The study also requires for participants to be local to the San Diego area in order to be able to access one of the two gyms (Tri-City Fitness, Carlsbad or CrossFit, Chula Vista).

​

We are also looking for participants who are not engaged in regular exercise.
